So as the days slowly tick away before the beginning of what should be a….for lack of a more positive word….interesting season, I present to you a Friday treat for you all to enjoy.
Just as a side-note, I was at the two Beltran Walk-Off Home Run games and those are still the best games I have ever been too.

I think the best part of those highlights were all the bench players who were contributing. Endy Chavez, Jose Valentin, even Lastings Milledge. There were real ball players on the bench who weren’t’ automatic outs. I’ll give Omar credit there. Every guy on that bench knew their role and knew that when their time came, they could deliver.
