Ruben Tejada was the hero on Monday night with his walk off hit against the Braves in the 11th inning to give the Mets a 4-3 win.

The last two walk off wins for the Mets have come off the bat of Ruben Tejada, both in the 11th innings against division rivals, and he has had a better than anticipated season. (Aka people thought he would be God Awful and he hasn’t been that awful).
Good win for the Mets and it is nice to see them have a little fun in what has been another rough season overall.
