Unless you live under a rock, you know the Houston Astros won game seven last night to clinch their franchise’s first World Series championship. With last night’s win, Carlos Beltran got his first championship after 20 years in the league. Undoubtedly one of the best offensive players in Mets’ history, Beltran was visibly emotional, despite not having a major role for the Astros during the playoffs.
