When You Started Writing for Daily Stache: March, 2016
Why Are You a Met Fan: I’ve been a Met since I attended my first game.  I was 5 and it was Batting Helmet Day 1969.  My uncle took the entire family to celebrate his birthday and I was hooked.  I became a serious fan 4 years later during the 1973 season and at that time my favorite player was Felix Millan.  I suffered through the dark days of the late 70s and early 80s when all we had to root for was which Met would be selected to represent the team at the All Star game (it was usually the Dude John Stearns), but I always stayed true to the Orange & Blue.
Bio: I am solo practicing attorney on Long Island where I live with my wife, son and daughter.  In my free time, I play guitar, listen to music all the time, watch horror movies and The Walking Dead, play Strat-o-Matic baseball on line with friends (we are replaying all the seasons from 1962 to the present; of course, I am the Mets) , and try to make it to Citi Field as often as possible.
