- 2014 Stats: Not too much out there on Gray, as the 6-3 shortstop has committed to Rice for the coming fall. Not that Rice is the baseball powerhouse that it once was, it still is a solid program and a very good school academically. I’d honestly be a little shocked if Gray signs a deal with the Mets, but I’m usually wrong about predictions like this most of the time. He was a 3rd Team All-American as well, after hitting .456 with 23 RBIs and 24 runs scored, unofficially.
