#MetsTwitterBrackets Second Round Part 2

on

Yesterday the “Journalists” and “Mets on Twitter” regions squared off for a spot in the Sweet 16.  #9 seed David Lennon advanced and will take on #4 seed, and fellow Newsday writer, Marc Carig.  #3 seed Jared Diamond fought off the #6 seed Howard Megdal, to advance and face the #7 seed, Anthony DiComo.

In the “Mets on Twitter” region, #1 seed Matt Harvey squeaked by Vic Black to move on and will face #13 Noah Syndergaard.  This has the makings of an epic matchup.  In the other half of the sweet 16 matchup in the Mets on Twitter region, PR Legend and #3 seed Jay Horowitz, will square off against the #2 seed, Zack Wheeler.

Last night on Stache Radio, we were lucky enough to put on a two-hour show and have Josh Lewin of WOR 710AM and Matthew Cerrone of Metsblog.com.  To listen to the show, please click here.

Today we have the second round of the Mets Twitter Brackets for the “Mets Blogs” and “Mets TV/Radio” regions.  Please make sure to RT and link the vote so fans of all the blogs and TV/Radio guys, can vote.  Voting will close at 9PM.
