on

Major League Baseball has changed a scoring decision from the May 22 game at Pittsburgh.

In the second inning the Pirates’ Gregory Polanco hit what was originally ruled a single off Noah Syndergaard. The call has been changed to an error on Lucas Duda. Syndergaard allowed two runs in that inning which will now be both unearned. Syndergaard’s ERA is now 1.82.
