Rounds 3-10 are on tap today, follow along as we recap each of the Mets’ eight selections on the second day of the 2014 MLB First Year Player Draft!
Round 3
84) Milton Ramos, SS, American Heritage School (FL), 5-11, 185 lbs.
- 2014 Stats: Very sure-handed shortstop who has quick feet which equates to his good range in the field. He isn’t a very developed hitter right now, and is currently committed to Florida Atlantic for the Fall. Arguably the best defensive high school shortstop in the draft. Was a 1st Team All-Region in Florida and a 2014 Perfect Game 1st Team All-American.
