This is just perfect. It was extremely awkward when he sang at Yankee Stadium when they were facing the Mets in 2000, but now he’s come back home, singing on behalf of the Amazins as they try to win their third World Series Championship. There’s no doubt that Billy and all Mets fans are in a New York State of Mind.
