At 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, representatives from Tuesday’s Children, which represents people who lost family members on Sept. 11, were on hand to accept a combined check from Johan Santana and the New York Mets for $20K to help with the Spanish speaking members.
Santana said that giving back is important to him, and he felt like it was important for him to do something like this in New York. Here are some photos from the press conference.
