- 2013 Stats: I don’t expect many of you to follow Division II baseball but Franklin Pierce is one of the best Division II programs out there, another thing very few people know is Nashua, New Hampshire is a pretty big baseball hot bed which is where McGowan hails from. He’s 6-6 and pitches downhill and used that pitch to a 7-2 record with a 3.20 ERA this season. He struck out just under seven-per-nine innings and only walked 16 batters in 78 2/3 innings.
