- 2013 Stats: This was an intriguing pick since no one really knows what to expect from Meisner. He’s had trouble with his command and arm-slot. In terms of velocity, he has a fastball that gets up to 94, but regularly throws at 90 or so, with additional weight he could be throwing a little harder and hitting 94 consistantly. Overall I would project him being a bullpen guy, that is if he signs and doesn’t end up going to Texas Tech.
