on

Not only is Curtis Granderson having a solid season, but he’s always been known as one of the good guys in the game.

This was further proven true during the series against the Colorado Rockies, when he and his teammates granted a wish for a youngster that wanted nothing more than to be a New York Met. The newest Amazin’ hung out with Granderson, met Kevin Long, took batting practice and had a catch on the field with his favorite Met.

And it was all caught on video. Check below for this feel-good video and reaction from the Mets’ right fielder.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a 501 non-profit organization founded in the United States that arranges experiences to children with life-threatening medical conditions. For more information, click here.

Make-A-Wish Day as a MetYesterday, Mets fan Justin got to hang out with Curtis Granderson thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Justin got the chance to get ready for the game like a big leaguer.
