Lenny Dykstra joined Sal Licata last night on WOR’s Sports Zone to defend his comments regarding the Mets and Manager Terry Collins that he posted in a video yesterday on his social media.
Dykstra cited stories of Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio calling Collins a backstabber. The two argued for a while and also got into thoughts on his former Mets manager Davey Johnson.
“Davey Johnson was an overrated, underachieving manager”. He went on to say, “he cheated the players and the fans”.
