This weekend, the Mets will welcome the families of the two New York City police officers who were shot and killed in December.
According to CNN, New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton said [Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu] were shot “with no warning, no provocation.”
Ramos’ sons Justin and Jayden are big time Mets fans, and the team even had David Wright give them a call in December.
