After a very exciting and maybe some would say wacky win over the Braves on Monday Night the Mets were feeling pretty good about themselves.
One of those players was relief pitcher Vic Black who was a apart of the 8th inning collapse by the Mets bullpen. Although in fairness all of the damage was done after he was pulled from the game with the score still 2-0 and two outs gotten in the top of the 8th.
This morning Vic was feeling pretty darn good about that win from last night and took to twitter to show the world how good he was feeling.
What a win last night! That game will mark the turning point in our season. Be ready @mets fans. This is about to get really good! #LGM

Well Vic, all I have to say is that I hope God was reading your tweet and helps you guys out. I would love nothing more than for the Mets season to take that win last night and have it be the turning point in a miracle run towards the playoffs.
Will that happen? I’m about 99.9% sure that it wont. But as I always have said to people in the past, “Stranger Things Have Happened”
