After the conclusion of the second half of the second round votes, we are all set for the Sweet 16 in the #MetsTwitterBrackets.
In another shocker, the #16 seed in the Mets Blogs region Rising Apple, bounced the 8th seeded Read the Apple. They will move on to face #4 seed Metsmerized Online, who took down the #5 seed, DailyStache.net. The bottom half of the blogs region stayed true, as #2 seed Amazin’ Avenue and #3 seed Faith and Fear in Flushing, moved on and will face one another in the Sweet 16.
In the TV/Radio region, we stayed true to chalk the whole way. #1 seed Gary Cohen will take on #4 seed Ron Darling, and #2 seed Howie Rose will take on #3 seed Keith Hernandez.
We are all set for the sweet 16 and voting will end at 9 PM tonight. We will announce on TSB Radio who has moved on to the Elite 8 shortly after the show starts. Make sure to tune in HERE at 9 PM.
