Santa Claus Descends Upon Citi Field

on

In one of the biggest discoveries in history, shockwaves were sent throughout the world as it was discovered that Mets’ reliever Jenrry Mejia was indeed revealed to be the one and only Santa Claus. Despite appearing to be young, he’s spent years and years deciding who’s been naughty and nice and has delivered presents with Rudolph (Willie Randolph) and the whole gang.

In a once in a lifetime opportunity, Santa (Mejia) will be on hand at the Mets’ Christmas party on Tuesday at Citifield.

The Mets will treat more than 150 New York City school children to lunch, presents and a visit from Santa at their annual Kids Holiday Party on Tuesday, December 16. Pitchers Jenrry Mejia and Jeurys Familia along with Mr. Met will participate in the festivities. Students will be from PS 57 (New York), PS 19 (Corona), PS 140 (Queens), PS 330 (Flushing), PS 143 (Corona) and PS 89 (Corona).

Time to make a good impression kiddies, because Jenrry Claus sees you when you’re sleeping, and he knows when you’re awake.
