Noah Syndergaard pitched six innings of three-run ball, and a pair of clutch homers helped lead him to a 9-3 win against Kansas City on Friday night.

After two runs scored for KC in the second on an Alex Rios single and a Travis d’Arnaud passed ball, the Mets answered again, and this time it was Curtis Granderson.

After an infield hit by Michael Conforto scored a run, the Mets added four more in the sixth inning to put the game away. Watch:

Syndergaard got Alex Rios on a big groundout to end the sixth, and the bullpen was brilliant, not allowing a baserunner through three innings. Kudos to Addison Reed, Tyler Clippard and Jeurys Familia. Watch Familia end it below.
