In a gesture to serve as a protest to Mets ownership and an effort to convince them to sell the team, Jimmy G went on a rant and set his Mets jersey on fire to signify the team’s direction, saying they’re “going up in smoke.”
Personally, I think it’s a bit much, but I’ll leave that up to you to decide. Here’s the video below.
