835) Keaton McKinney, RHP, Ankeny Centennial HS (IA), 6-5, 220 lbs.
- 2014 Stats: McKinney is very doubtful to sign as he apparently has an asking price in the millions, leading to his falling all the way to the 28th round. He is committed to Arkansas, but was considered to be a top-five round draft pick this season so it will be interesting to see where his stock lies in three years after his junior season with the Razorbacks in the 2017 draft. As a pitcher he’s hit 94 MPH as a teenager, which is very talented for someone his age. Whether it’s based on money or not, I personally am never disappointed to see high school draftees want to attend college.
